Sleepy Water Dragon Art Illustration Print

“Water Dragon” was the first dragon I created for a little girl’s nursery room.  The original colors are purple and green, but I changed the colors digitally and prefer the red version.  Both colors are available as prints.

Colorful Blue Goodnight Dragons Art Print

The night time dragon scene was created using printed trees and unused dragons from another one of my collages, “Woodland Walk”.  I used watercolor painted papers for the rocks and a variety of construction and scrapbooking paper for the dragons.  Sometimes I don’t realize details in my art until someone points it out to me and am not sure why.  The glue I used for the moon created a bit of a face image.  I wish I could say that was intentional, but it’s just a happy accident.

Here is the purple version of “Woodland Walk” with a little tiny dragon by the sun.  I also have the original blue color as well.  Original is sold.

Magical Game of Thrones Inspired Dragon Egg Moon

This dragon design is my favorite.  It’s inspired by a quote I read in Game of Thrones:

“He told me the moon was an egg, Khaleesi,’ the Lysene girl said. ‘Once there were two moons in the sky, but one wandered too close to the sun and cracked from the heat. A thousand thousand dragons poured forth, and drank the fire of the sun. That is why dragons breathe flame. One day the older moon will kiss the sun too, and then it will crack and the dragons will return.”

I like these dragons in pink and green, but have done custom colors and larger sized prints for customers.

The originals of the “Water Dragon” and “Egg Moon” are sold.  I still have the “Goodnight Dragons” mixed media artwork, but it’s unfortunately damaged.
