Mini Art Summer Art Camp for Ages 9-16 (Teens & Tweens) in Western Chicago Suburbs

Imagine you’ve shrunken to the size of a doll and create mini artworks.  We’ll be inspired by famous sculptures and paintings and also use our imaginations to create original tiny artworks.  Sculpt, paint and collage in this camp that covers a little bit of everything, only small scale.  The last day of class we’ll prepare for a mini art show and reception complete with mini sized treats.   If your artist wants to be an art teacher some day, this is a fun class to start building a great art history teaching tool.  

Art class sizes are boutique size and limited to 5 students.  Art supplies are included.  Please bring a water bottle and nut free snack.  Parents/caretakers, please join us at 4 pm on the last day of class for a small reception.  Ages 9-16 recommended.

• Dates:  June 23-26, 2025 (Monday-Thursday)
• Time: 1:30pm-4:30pm
• Location:  Laura Lynne Art Studio, 440 W Galena Blvd, Floor 2 (sorry, no elevator), Aurora, IL
• Cost:  $200
• *The art lessons are self-individualizing so if you have siblings who wish to take a class together that would be fine.  Please take 10% off for a sibling discount with code ART10.
• Referral Rewards:  If you refer a friend to Summer Art Camp 2025 and they purchase a class, you’ll receive a $25 discount on your Summer Art Camp class for each student enrolled.  The refund will apply once the referred student completes the camp.  They will need to add your name in the “Summer Camp Referral Name” section of their order.

About the Art Teacher
