Returns & Exchanges
Prints & Artworks: I accept returns and exchanges on prints, returns only on original art. Send a photo of the damaged artwork. Please contact me within 14 days of delivery and mail item back within 30 days.
Art Classes: Classes are available for a full refund minus any transaction fees up to 48 hours before the start of the first class. If classes have already started, money will not be refunded. No partial refunds for any classes missed. If I miss a class due to illness, I will give a refund for that class.
Clothing: Please contact me for a refund or exchange on any clothing item.
Items not available for an exchange or return are sale items, digital downloads, and custom art.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact me asap at lauralynneart@gmail.com. Cancels should be done within 24 hours of placing your order.
Please Note
Please check the items when your order is received. If there are any discrepancies, please notify me via message within 7 days so that we can take corrective action. If there is no problem with the artwork received, then shipping, handling, and insurance fees are NOT refundable and buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.
Important note: Returned art must be in its original condition. I will issue a credit to your account after I receive the returned item/s.
Payment Policy
I accept payments via my checkout, which uses PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to purchase.
Shipping Policy
All items except clothing are shipped between 3-5 business days. The artwork is packaged carefully in a cello bag, backing board (on all prints over 8×8 inches), and sent in a hard mailer. If your print/s are damaged during shipping, please contact me for an exchange.
Clothing is created and shipped by another company, Printful, and is usually carefully packaged in plastic. The package may be shipped from another country and may take a few weeks to arrive.
Custom Orders and Commissions
I am happy to work with you on a custom order, however, please be prepared for an in depth email discussion regarding your project. This may include requesting photos of the space where you intend to place the art; and questions about your color and personal style preferences. Working with you to create a perfect art piece to suit your needs is my goal.
Please note that the paintings and collages will look better in person when you are able to see the fine brushstrokes and variations in hue or texture. Collages may have brush lines from the glue and small bubbles.
Behavior Policy for Art Classes
Please note that I take bullying and art room safety very seriously. Upon registration you will receive a behavior policy to sign. There are no refunds if your child is asked not to return for behavior issues.
